Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

Steelo offers 7 Day NO QUESTION ASKED RETURN from the day the product is delivered to you.In case that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, or damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, for a refund or an exchange, within 15 days from the date on which these goods are delivered but concern should be raised by buyer within 5 days of delivery. Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement. Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you believe that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care at +91- 7290070541 or e-mail us at ans.steelo@gmail.com mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest. In case we are unable to replace the damaged / defective product, we will refund your amount. All products/items must be UNUSED. In simple words the returned product should be in a SALEABLE CONDITION, that is- products must be returned in original packaging along with original price tags, labels and invoices. It is advised that the returned item should be strongly packaged so that there is no damage in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive all merchandise from the order, the amount you had paid for this order except the shipping charges will be refunded back to the respective account. The refund process will be done within 7 Days from the date order returned to us.
